Engineering Packages:

Cansolv Technologies Inc. offers four types of engineering packages of various level of detail to its customers.

Optimization Studies

• Determines the best fit of our process for the application considered.
• Includes a computer simulation of the process with plant boundary conditions.

Piloting

• Two small-scale pilot units are available for the purpose of demonstration of our technologies.
• Units can treat up to 200 SCFM of gas and includes the same equipment found in a commercial unit.

Process Design Solution

The delivery of the process design package (PDP) contains a complete set of engineering documents that allow detail engineering and construction of a Cansolv unit.  Included in the PDP are specifications for:

• Solvent Conditioning Units: Cansolv Technologies Inc. provides turnkey skidmounted units to remove accumulated heat stable salts (HSS) and fine particulates from the CANSOLV solvents.
• Tower Internals: Cansolv processes use high efficiency, low fouling internals to maximize performance.  The intervals are easy to fit in a standard vertical upflow tower.

Plant Delivery

The delivery of turnkey, build-own-operate or process equipment supply packages.

Engineering Services:

Customers of Cansolv Technologies Inc. are valued and engineering support is offered for startup and once the unit is in operation.

Startup Services

Cansolv Technologies Inc. provides on-site startup assistance for the CANSOLV systems.
